ECONOMIC INTERPENETRATION / (eu) chemicals

The Swiss chemical group CIBA SPECIALITES CHIMIQUES has bought Italy's PROCHIMICA, world leader in the production of photo-initiators (additives that speed up the hardening of paints and lacquers upon contact with light), with which it has been cooperating for more than 10 years. The cost of this operation was not disclosed.
