Emerson Electric may acquire Ericsson Energy Systems

Brussels, 16/03/2000 (Agence Europe) - The European Commission has authorised the American company Emerson Electric to acquire Ericsson Energy System (EES), which belongs to Ericsson, the Swedish telecommunications equipment manufacturer. Emerson Electric manufactures products for process control, automation, air conditioning, etc. EES produces -in plants in Sweden, Latin America, Asia and elsewhere- different integrated telecommunication and computer systems such as converters, power...
