ECONOMIC INTERPENETRATION / (eu) electronics

German SIEMENS AG has acquired the American company ENTEX INFORMATION SERVICES INC (annual turnover $500 million with 5,000 employed). The US company will merge with IT SERVICE USA, the SIEMENS subsidiary active in this sector, which makes a turnover of DM 200 million employing 150. The undertaking will be called ENTEX IT SERVICE.
