16/03/2000 (Agence Europe) - The United States has called for consultations with London over an 868.8 million euro loan the United Kingdom is to grant the group BAE System for its participation in the wide-bodied Airbus project A3XXX. The United States fears that this State aid to the future rival to the Boeing 747 is incompatible with WTO rules.
