The Franco-Italian group ERIDANIA BEGHIN-SAY (EUR 9.066 bn turnover in 1999) has announced a plan to sell the group DUCROS (herbs, spices and ingredients for desserts). A mandate to seek a potential buyer has been handed to the business bank LAZARD FERES and MEDIOBANCA. DUCROS had a EUR 247 million turnover in 1999.
