Commission authorises Spanish research and development aid in automotive sector

Brussels, 16/02/2000 (Agence Europe) - The European Commission has authorised a Spanish research and development aid scheme that is part of a technology plan for motor vehicle equipment and components worth EUR 240.4 million (ESP 40 billion) for 2000 to 2003. The aid takes the form of ten-year interest-free loans covering up to 75% of project costs.
