Brussels, 26/01/2000 (Agence Europe) - The European Union must take advantage of today's favourable economic climate to make the reforms needed to improve its competitive situation. This was the message delivered on Wednesday by the European Commission in a report on product and capital markets, which presents indicators on actual market integration and statistics on price differentials.
