04/01/2000 (Agence Europe) - The new EU regulation on block exemptions granted to vertical distribution agreements and the provision of goods and services was published in the Official Journal n.L/336 of 1999. As indicated in EUROPE (bulletin dated 23 December 99, p.5), the regulation will replace, from 1 June 2000, the three existing block exemptions. The latter, to expire on 31 December, are extended until end June.
