Brussels, 04/01/2000 (Agence Europe) - The regional and sectoral dimensions to professional training, co-operation and the partnerships between the business environment and the public system of professional training, the quality of the grading of the professional training systems, the information and sensitisation. These are the themes that were discussed during the first workshop recently organised in the Mead region (Mediterranean countries) by the European Foundation for Training, in collaboration with the Tunisian Ministry for professional training and employment. The aim of this workshop is to support the implementation of the MANFORME programme (co-financed by the European Union, the World Bank and the French Development Agency) which aims to reinforce the quality, the efficiency and the potential of the public and private training systems and to contribute to the competitiveness of Tunisian companies.
