01/07/2026 (Agence Europe) – On Tuesday 30 June, the European Commission announced the opening of a new anti-dumping investigation targeting China. This time, it concerns polyether polyols, which are specifically used in industry for insulation and for the manufacture of paint and mattresses. The complaint was lodged on 8 June 2026 by the groups BASF, Covestro, PCC Rokita, Shell and Chimcomplex.
