Palestine Donor Group’s second meeting to be held on 13 July

06/05/2026 (Agence Europe) – On Wednesday 6 May, the European Commissioner for the Mediterranean, Dubravka Šuica, announced from Türkiye that the European Commission would be hosting “on 13 July, (...) the second Palestine Donor Group meeting in Brussels”. “On Gaza, the EU values Türkiye’s mediation efforts. Our shared goal is clear: a lasting and sustainable peace. We support international efforts towards this objective and stand ready to contribute to early recovery. The European Union remains a key partner of the Palestinian Authority”, she explained. The donor group met for the first time on 20 November 2025 in Brussels. In particular, support for the Palestinian Authority was discussed (see EUROPE 13756/4). (CG)
