On Friday 10 April, the European Commission presented a delegated act aimed at progressively reducing the contribution of biofuels, bioliquids and fuels from crops at high risk of deforestation, as part of its climate objectives.
This delegated act will enter into force if the European Parliament or the Council of the European Union do not object.
