European Commission authorises Nokia’s acquisition of Infinera

Brussels, 26/02/2025 (Agence Europe) – On Wednesday 26 February, the European Commission unconditionally authorised the proposed acquisition of Infinera Corporation by Nokia Corporation. Nokia and Infinera both supply optical transmission equipment used to carry data using fibre-optic cables.
