09/01/2025 (Agence Europe) – On Thursday 9 January, the European Commission confirmed two anti-dumping duties, on imports of titanium dioxide from China and on mobile access equipment from the same country. In both cases, the Commission also announced the definitive collection of amounts secured by way of the provisional duty previously imposed. Final tariffs for titanium dioxide vary between 0.25 and 0.74% of the net frontier price. Note that this Chinese product is exempt from customs duty when it is intended for use in the production of white graphic printing inks. Chinese mobile access equipment is subject to a duty ranging from 20.6% to 54.9%. See the texts: https://aeur.eu/f/ez3 ; https://aeur.eu/f/ez2 (LM)
