On Wednesday 16 October, the European Commission for the Efficiency of Justice (CEPEJ) published its annual report evaluating European judicial systems.
The data presented correspond to the year 2022; they concern 44 member states of the Council of Europe as well as two observer states, Israel and Morocco, and come from national correspondents active in the various Ministries of Justice.
