G7 countries commit to more “ethical” use of artificial intelligence

The G7 ministerial meeting on technology and digital issues was held on Wednesday 16 October in Cernobbio, Italy.

The summit was chaired by the Italian Under-Secretary of State for Technological Innovation, Alessio Butti, and resulted in a joint declaration recognising the importance of technological innovation for sustainable development and society.
