Only Denmark notified full transposition of certain provisions of Renewable Energy Directive ahead of legal deadline

26/09/24 (Agence Europe) – On Thursday 26 September, the European Commission initiated infringement proceedings by sending a letter of formal notice to 26 Member States for failing to transpose into national law the provisions of the revised Renewable Energy Directive (see EUROPE B13296A32) relating to the simplification and acceleration of authorisation procedures.
