26/09/2024 (Agence Europe) – On Thursday 26 September, the European Commission decided to open infringement proceedings by sending a letter of formal notice to 17 Member States (Belgium, Germany, Estonia, Greece, Spain, Cyprus, the Czech Republic, Latvia, Luxembourg, Malta, the Netherlands, Austria, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovenia and Finland) for failing to report their national measures fully transposing the Accounting Directive (2013/34/EU), the Transparency Directive...
