The leaders of the six countries of the Western Balkans – Montenegro, Serbia, Kosovo, North Macedonia, Bosnia-Herzegovina and Albania – met for a working dinner on Thursday 19 September, accompanied by the President of the European Commission, Ursula von der Leyen.
