16/09/24 (Agence Europe) – The Agency for the Cooperation of Energy Regulators (ACER) has opened a public consultation from 16 September to 14 October to gather contributions from stakeholders on amending the methodology for harmonised allocation of electricity cross-zonal capacity for the exchange of balancing capacity or sharing of reserves, for which it received a proposal from the Transmission System Operators (TSOs) on 31 July.
