On Thursday 1 August, the European Union Agency for Fundamental Rights (FRA) published guidelines for labour inspectors to better protect migrant workers from exploitation.
In a document entitled “Six Points for Workplace Inspectors – EU Law Safeguards for Non-EU Workers”, the FRA lists key actions to protect the rights of migrant workers in the EU.
