ACER consults on revision of REMIT implementing regulation for data reporting

01/07/24 (Agence Europe) – The revised REMIT Regulation (on the integrity and transparency of the wholesale energy market), which came into force on 7 May 2024, imposes new data reporting requirements. The European Commission will therefore have to revise the REMIT implementing regulation by 8 May 2025. To facilitate this process, the Agency for the Cooperation of Energy Regulators (ACER) announced on 28 June that it would be conducting a public consultation until 6 September 2024...
