New guidelines from European Commission on implementation of EU recovery plan

On Monday 3 June, the European Commission unveiled new guidelines designed to simplify the implementation of the Recovery and Resilience Facility (RRF), the budgetary instrument of the Next Generation EU recovery plan, and to strengthen synergies with other EU budgetary instruments.
