27/05/24 (Agence Europe) – On Monday 27 May, the EU Member States adopted the NZIA regulation, or the ‘Net Zero Emissions Industry Act’. According to the European Commissioner for Industry, Thierry Breton, the text “is a true game-changer”. The NZIA will come into force in the next few days, following its publication in the Official Journal of the EU.
