European Commission clarifies rules on derogation from margin of tolerance in estimating certain fish catches

24/05/24 (Agence Europe) – On Friday 24 May, the European Commission adopted a regulation concerning derogation from the margin of tolerance in estimating catches for unsorted landings and transhipments from small pelagic, industrial and tropical tuna purse seiners fisheries.
