In a report published on Tuesday 26 March, the European Union Agency for Fundamental Rights (FRA) examines the procedures relating to the European Arrest Warrant to look at how the rights of the individuals concerned - whether suspects or persons already convicted who have fled their country - are respected and applied across the EU.
