The second EU-South Korea Digital Partnership Council, co-chaired by the Commissioner for the Internal Market, Thierry Breton, and the Korean Minister for Science, Information and Communication Technologies, Lee Jong-Ho, took place in Brussels on Tuesday 26 March.
