European Commission refers Ireland, Cyprus, Greece and Italy to Court of Justice of EU for breaches of environmental law

On Wednesday 13 March, the European Commission decided to refer four Member States - Ireland, Cyprus, Greece and Italy - to the Court of Justice for breaches of EU environmental law.
