European Commission adopts several delegated acts on ‘DORA’ and ‘MiCA’ Regulations

26/02/2024 (Agence Europe) – On Thursday 22 February, the European Commission adopted two delegated acts on the ‘DORA’ Regulation on the operational resilience of the financial sector to online risks (see EUROPE B13061A6). The text lays down uniform requirements for the security of financial institutions’ networks and information systems.
