European Commission publishes guidelines on export controls

On Thursday 25 January - following on from its White Paper on export controls (see EUROPE B13335A1) - the European Commission published a set of guidelines for Member States. The aim is to make information sharing between the Commission and the competent authorities of the Member States issuing export licences more effective.
