European Parliament/EU Council agreement on reducing CO2 emissions from heavy-duty vehicles

On Thursday 18 January, the Council of the European Union and the European Parliament reached a provisional agreement on new CO2 emission standards for new heavy duty vehicles (see EUROPE B13297A7).
