EU Council adopts revised recovery plans for thirteen Member States

08/12/2023 (Agence Europe) – On Friday 8 December, the Ecofin Council adopted the revised post-Covid-19 plans of thirteen European Union countries, most of which contain a ‘REPowerEU’ chapter designed to speed up the energy transition and reduce dependence on Russian hydrocarbons.
