Political advertising, Sandro Gozi confident that some of text’s provisions will apply at European elections in June 2024

On Thursday 26 October, the Chair of the European Parliament’s Committee on the Internal Market and Consumer Protection (IMCO), Anna Cavazzini (Greens/EFA, German), on behalf of the rapporteur for the dossier, Sandro Gozi, gave an update on the state of play in the interinstitutional negotiations (‘trilogue’) on the transparency and targeting of political advertising (see EUROPE B13266A16).
