European Commission approves creation of a joint undertaking between PAI and Nestlé in frozen pizza sector

31/07/2023 (Agence Europe) – The European Commission has approved, under a simplified procedure, the creation of a joint undertaking by the private equity fund manager PAI Partners S.A.R.L. (Luxembourg) and the Nestlé S.A. food group (Switzerland) through the purchase of shares. The joint undertaking brings together the activities of Nestlé’s frozen pizza business. It produces and distributes frozen pizzas in Andorra, Belgium, the Czech Republic, Denmark, Germany, Greece, Hungary,...
