European Commission launches second phase of consultation on a future revision of European Works Councils Directive

On Wednesday 26 July, the European Commission launched the second phase of consultation with the European social partners on a possible revision of the European Works Councils Directive (see EUROPE B13159A18).

The first phase was launched in April and the Commission received responses from 11 social partners across the EU.
