‘MiFID II’, ESMA says there are still gaps in costs and charges disclosure rules in EU

07/07/23 (Agence Europe) – The European Securities and Markets Authority (ESMA) published, on Thursday 6 July, a statement on its Common Supervisory Action 2022 on compliance with costs and charges disclosure rules under ‘MiFID II’(see EUROPE B13212A14).
