EEAS deplores decision of National Assembly of Republika Srpska to render inapplicable decisions of Bosnian Constitutional Court

29/06/23 (Agence Europe) – On Wednesday 28 June, the EU’s European External Action Service (EEAS) regretted that the National Assembly of Republika Srpska had adopted a law under which the decisions of the Constitutional Court of Bosnia-Herzegovina are no longer applicable within the political entity. “The National Assembly of Republika Srpska does not have the power to decide not to apply the decisions of the Constitutional Court of Bosnia and Herzegovina”, commented the EEAS....
