International Currency Association welcomes European Commission’s proposals to ensure euro cash is accepted and available

29/06/2023 (Agence Europe) – On Wednesday, 28 June, the International Currency Association (ICA) welcomed the news that the European Commission had, that same day, adopted a proposal stipulating that the euro in its physical form has legal tender status (see EUROPE B13211A12).
