The Commission for the Environment, Climate Change and Energy of the European Committee of the Regions (CoR) adopted, on Thursday 29 June, a draft opinion setting out the actions and demands of cities and regions in preparation for the COP28, to be held this autumn in Dubai (United Arab Emirates).
