European Commission approves a €179.5 million Croatian aid measure to support development of a ‘robot taxi’ service

The European Commission announced, on Thursday 25 May, that it has authorised a Croatian aid measure worth €179.5 million to support innovative urban mobility solutions.

The R&D aid measure will cover almost 45% of the eligible costs of the 3 Mobility LLC (“P3M”) project to develop a ‘robot taxi’ service, an urban mobility solution based on a fully autonomous electric vehicle.

The aid will reach P3M in the form of a direct grant.
