Commission extends two public consultations on patents

15/05/2023 (Agence Europe) – The European Commission has decided to extend two contribution periods on patents. They concern three proposals for regulations published on 27 April (see EUROPE B13171A1) on standard-essential patents (SEP) and on supplementary protection certificates (SPC) for medicinal and plant protection products.
