New consumer rights for green transition, EU Council position published

08/05/23 (Agence Europe) – The future EU directive that is supposed to empower consumers to act in favour of the green transition by providing them with adequate information on the reparability of products and by fighting against greenwashing by companies and early obsolescence of products is only waiting for the European Parliament to start interinstitutional negotiations.
