27/03/2023 (Agence Europe) – The Chair of the Environment, Public Health and Food Safety Committee, Pascal Canfin (Renew Europe, French), wrote a letter to Commissioner for Health and Food Safety Stella Kyriakides on Monday 27 March on behalf of the ENVI coordinators regarding the postponement of the legislative package on pharmaceutical legislation. In the report, Mr Canfin stresses that, if a short-term postponement could not be avoided, MEPs want this postponement to be time limited and for the legislative package to be adopted by the European Commission by April at the latest.
