06/02/2023 (Agence Europe) – The regulation to combat foreign subsidies that can distort competition entered into force on 12 January and will apply from July. The European Commission is collecting comments on this with a view to adopting an implementing regulation in the second quarter of 2023 to clarify certain rules.
