EU Council extends mandates of EU Special Representatives for Middle East Peace Process, Central Asia and Human Rights

06/02/2023 (Agence Europe) – The EU Council adopted, on Monday 6 February, a series of decisions extending the mandates of three EU Special Representatives (EUSRs). Thus, the mandates of the Dutch Sven Koopmans as EUSR for the Middle East Peace Process and the Finnish Terhi Hakala as EUSR for Central Asia are extended by two years, until 28 February 2025.
