EU imposes definitive anti-dumping duty on certain Moroccan aluminium road wheels

12/01/2023 (Agence Europe) – Six months after imposing a provisional anti-dumping duty on certain aluminium road wheels imported from Morocco to the EU (see EUROPE B12994A31), the European Commission is now imposing a definitive duty on these products. It published an implementing regulation to this effect on 12 January, to “prevent further injury to the industry of the European Union”.
