Industrial design, European Commission is launching a feedback period into draft legislative act

07/12/2022 (Agence Europe) – The European Commission launched a call for evidence on an implementing regulation on Wednesday 7 December to amend the rules on industrial design protection. The aim is, firstly, to bring the terminology used in this legislation into line with the Lisbon Treaty and EU trade mark rules and, secondly, to make the European design registration system “more accessible and efficient”.
