Negotiations on intellectual property for Covid-19 treatments and diagnostics not expected to be concluded by 17 December

07/12/2022 (Agence Europe) – Members of the World Trade Organization (WTO) have still not been able to agree on extending the agreement reached in June on intellectual property rights for Covid-19 vaccines (‘TRIPS waiver’) to treatments and diagnostic tools.
