The European Union is mobilising €3 million in emergency humanitarian aid to help Uganda fight the Ebola outbreak that was declared on 20 September.
As part of the package announced on Friday 21 October by the European Commission, €1.5 million is earmarked to support the World Health Organization (WHO) in its coordination and monitoring, logistics and care activities.
