“Our decisions are independent of any geopolitical considerations. We have to move forward, regardless of possible elections”, said Commissioner for Budget Johannes Hahn on Thursday 28 April on the implementation of the 2020/2092 Regulation on a general conditionality regime for the protection of the EU budget.
